- Two blades make this spiral slicer ultra efficient
- Choose vegetables that are wider than they are long, and cut down to less than 8cm to fit longer veggies inside the bowl of the slicer
- Works best with potatoes, beetroot, apples, cucumbers, onions and sweet potatoes
- To maximise cutting surface, slice off uneven ends to create a flat surface on the top and bottom of the veggie
- Use the rotating julienne blade wheel to choose your cut - 3, 6 or 12mm wide and 2.5mm thick
- Store cut veggies in the collecting bowl using the lid provided
- Leaves only a small disc in the tines of the rotating pusher
- 4 different widths of cut for creative recipes: Spiral cut across the entire width of the material, 3 mm, 6 mm or 12 mm wide adjustable via adjusting wheel
